At Apple Park & Organic Farm Buddies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your organic cotton purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all organic certification tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our farm warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
